Stacheldraht 4 Syntax how to use ?

Hi i have compiled stacheldraht4 from this DB. In the root i have compiled the mserv.c (with make command)
in The telnetc folder i have compiled the client also. Now my question is how i have to use ? how i will use it like the Master>>Slave principe, and how i configure this ? thats isnt a config ? i must modify all on "C" , Or how i can use Stacheldraht ?
Can anyone give me some infos ? (sorry my english isnt so good only for sys good enough )
